“Permitting an inquiry into what information various government agents knew … threatens thoroughly to confuse and prejudice the jury”.
Judge Hellerstein:
- In July 2008 rejected 9/11 burial claims; knowing that in October 2006 Body parts as large as arm or leg bones – have been found at Ground Zero.
- Gave the City New York immunity
- Overturned settlements in four lawsuits filed on behalf of victims of the Sept. 11 attacks, claiming the law firm was seeking excessive legal fees …
while subsequently stating -” Money is the universal lubricant.”
“It bothers me a great deal that someone in charge of this trial has become so cynical,” Mike Low, the father of Sara, a flight attendant aboard American Airlines Flight 11, said about the judge’s comments.
Alvin Hellerstein, on July 7, 2008 ruled that “the city is not required to re-sift through debris from ground zero in search of bits of human remains and remove it to a space where a cemetery might be built (thereby leaving the material from ground zero at Fresh Kills landfills).
Victims’ families’ counsel Norman Siegel criticized the ruling: “We are not prepared to leave hundreds of human remains of 9/11 victims on top of a garbage dump as their final resting place.
However, It would be improper to single out Judge Hellerstein without mentioning his accomplices , Michael Chertoff , Andrew Colsky and Michael B. Mukasey. I discovered the “relationship” between these gentlemen in an article entitled 9-11 and The Jewish Gatekeepers.
A while ago I read about the Israeli “moving van” in the vicinity of the World Trade Centre that tested positive for explosives.
More recently, I read about The Israeli Military Aircraft Company Tied to 9-11.
It is little wonder that families of 9/11 victims are so angry that the 9-11 LAWSUITS are being SUPPRESSED. The Judiciary has repeatedly FAILED to protect those same citizens.

Congress’ 9/11 report confirms that in April, 2000, an unnamed “walk-in” told the FBI he “was to meet five or six persons” — some of them pilots — who would take over a plane and fly to Afghanistan, or blow the plane up.
The report adds that the “walk-in” passed a lie-detector test.

In April 2000, a Southern California-based FBI informant, Abdussattar Shaikh, rented accommodation to two 9/11 hijackers, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar.
In April 2000, Shaikh posted an announcement on the bulletin board at the Islamic Center of San Diego (ICSD), offering to rent rooms in his home to “devout Muslims.” At the time he posted the ad, Shaikh was already acting as a paid informant for the FBI.
Abdussattar Shaikh’s FBI handler has also been publicly named as Steven Butler.
On June 5, 2006, author Ed Haas contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters to ask why, while claiming that bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 1998 bombings of US Embassies in Tanzania and Kenya, the poster does not indicate that he is wanted in connection with the events of 9/11.
