Section 5.4
When “zero-tolerance” issues may or have arisen, it does not automatically mean that we will intervene using our powers in the affairs or administration of a charity.
“Zero-tolerance” issues are defined as connections to proscribed organisations:
• charity links to or support for terrorism, financial or otherwise;
• misuse of charity to foster criminal extremism;
• fraud and money laundering; and
• sham charities.

Cross Checks work on a relative strength scale. I believe that this is still highly significant ( about 95%, so it is likely that some detail of the hypothesis is not exact, but still very close)

Since my psychological torture began while working for waitrose, I have been a little suspicious about selena@waitrose.com . I have checked before about this Targeted Individual. I got several clues wrong, but I should explain the last one.
I missed the point of what I was told regarding Jamaica.I was also told by [B] that USA 193 would not be landing near Jamaica; I would need a cross check that this is where it would have landed. I was told South China sea and an event similar to where , a B-52 bomber flew across the US mistakenly loaded with nuclear-armed missiles.

I was told by [A], that definitely USA 193 would still land somewhere near Jamaica (north of Jamaica), even if it was shot at. [B] disagreed and said even that (whatever ‘that’ happens to be) was nearer the Florida coast.
So I thought ok, this is simple, it either has to be Jamaica or south China Sea, where the Satellite lands (ignoring the bit I had already been told above by [B]). I cross checked both and Jamaica came out stronger than south China Sea. so I went with Jamaica. The problem is, [B] had never said that USA 193 was going to land in the South China Sea.
However, my own view was that it was always likely that USA 193 would be shot at; I described it in an email as a fait accomplis, “America and a chance to shoot at something !”
anyway, on March 26 I read “The Defense Department mistakenly shipped secret nuclear missile fuses to Taiwan instead of replacement battery packs for helicopters” .

I suspect that this was the story I would have linked to had I put south China sea and incident similar to “mistakenly loaded with nuclear-armed missiles”.
